I’m originally from sunny Greece, and I’ve been moving, teaching, and exploring body-mind practices most of my life.
I fell in love with yoga at 17, and it’s taken me on a beautiful path through trainings in India, Bali, and Berlin exploring Vinyasa, Pilates, and Sound Healing.
In Berlin, I got certified in Pilates and Power Pilates, and trained in Sound Bath therapy.
Now I blend it all into classes that feel strong, soulful, and soothing. We start with breath, move with intention, and end in sweet stillness a little ritual to reconnect with your body and calm.
